I booked a room here at the last minute while sitting in their parking lot. It was almost 11:00 at night and I was exhausted from driving all night. I did have to wait for about an hour before my room was cleaned but I wasn’t the only person having to wait for a clean room. There were many people there waiting a lot of them had left Asheville due to the hurricane Helene and apparently there were only two people there to clean and one person at the desk. I cannot be mad about that and I was just thankful to have a room. Stuff happens and they were doing the best they could with what little staff and so many people coming in at once. My room was clean and comfortable and I cannot complain about that!

The location was great for our needs. Within a good distance to everything! The bed was by far not the most uncomfortable I have ever slept on at a hotel, although it was not great. The room was a good size for two people. The staff was extremely nice and helpful. Overall I was very happy with the stay (and it was the cheapest option I could find for the weekend). I would definitely be willing to stay there again.

Modern Decor, Bed was very comfortable with nice soft pillows and plush comfortable. Accesible electrical plugs on bothsides of the bed that made charging my laptop very easy while working in bed. Very close to several restaurants within walking distance. 10-15 minutes drive to Uptown Charlotte and more restaurants.

Geraldine

The room was satisfactory, but it was lacking a remote control and a chair. The phone was also not functioning. Furthermore, the water temperature was insufficiently hot. Despite my frequent visits to this establishment, this particular instance significantly deviated from my previous experiences.

We had a slight problem and the receptionist, Mandy, contacted the manager Evelyn and she took care of it… hassle free. Demetria, the breakfast server, was very friendly. Room was very clean… bed was comfortable. We will stay here again. Close to college shopping and restaurants!
